• Set acquisition plan & Key Account sales lead generation
• Coach Key Account team about Makro Key Account development direction & KYC concept
• Monitor Key Account sales & margin performance, and take actions to support team to achieve target
• Ensure credit sales process procedure is followed properly by Key Account team
• Identify potential key account customers and approach to be Makro customers.
• Identify market opportunity untapped areas to increase sales and margin.
• Increase sales/share of market, profit on existing key account customer.
• Share information and knowledge with customers as part of a value-added service
• Coordinating with Finance on risk assessment of those potential customers to ensure zero risk to Makro.
• Coordinating with legal on credit sales contract and supporting documents.
• Coordinating with Store Operation team, SGM/SM/ASGM to ensure effective communication/transaction of customer agreement and expectation to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with Commercial team, Quality Assurance team to ensure product supply and product quality are within an agreement with Key Account customers.
• Assisting Manager [Customer Sales Management] to define development strategy for individual Key Account customers to increase customer spending and loyalty.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in sales [hotel or food services industry]
• Experienced in key account or enterprise sales, corporate sales, or project sales
• Good at presentation and negotiation skill
• Computer and digital literacy especially Excel skills with basic formulas
• Person who is flexible, high committed, and able to travel, have own vehicle
• English proficiency
